I’ve shared a basic recipe for Banana Ice Cream earlier but I just wanted to share some variations. The measurements are each for 1/2 serving because I had them both for breakfast. But you can easily double the amount and have only one version.
Ingredients for the minty one: - about 2-3 bananas - 1/2 a cup fresh mint leaves
Just combine the banana and the mint in the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Ingredients for the raspberry version: - about 2 bananas - 1/4 - 1/2 a cup of raspberries
It’s just the same as with the mint ice cream, put the ingredients together in a blender and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
Serve and garnish with some mint leaves/ raspberries and enjoy!
